It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Justine Lancaster, who passed at Bedford Hospital on Friday 10th April 2026.
Justine was a devoted and loving wife to Mark, a cherished mum to Josh, Charlotte, and Chloe, mother-in-law to Ele and a proud and adoring grandma to Astryd. Her family was at the very heart of her life, and she gave them endless love, warmth, and support.
She had a deep passion for music, the arts, theatre, and photography interests that brought her immense joy and inspired those around her. Justine also had a love for travel, especially her holidays to Scotland, where she found peace and happiness in its beauty. She had a wonderful ability to combine her love of creativity and exploration, capturing special moments and memories wherever she went.
Justine’s funeral service will take place at Bedford Crematorium on Wednesday 6th May 2026 at 12:15pm. Following the service, everyone is warmly invited to return to the Horse and Groom, Clapham, to continue sharing memories and celebrating Justine’s life. Donations to Justine’s memory can be made on the day or via the QR code provided for the Donkey sanctuary.
Justine will be remembered for her kindness, her creativity, and the love she shared so freely with family and friends. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved and those who loved her.
