I am so glad we were told about Serenity Funeral Services because I don’t think anyone else would have made our beautiful Mum’s last day so special. Scott and Katy have a way of making you feel like family. Your voice and opinion matters and that special day is completely up to you. They are flexible but also hold so much knowledge that all your questions will be answered to put you at ease. Arranging a visit to see your loved one is the easiest and best part, the office and room environment is so warm and homely that jt helps to make you relaxed and comfortable. The personalities of both Scott and Katy are brilliant and they bounce off each other to cater for all types of family members. Humours, professional, caring, compassionate. At potentially the worst time of your life, saying goodbye to a loved one, this whole experience was exactly how it should have been. We unexpectedly lost our mum in April and we got recommended to use serenity and I’m so glad we did! Since the first meeting Scott and Katy were so warm and welcoming and it put our family at ease. Everything went so smoothly and perfect! Even when we wanted to see our mum they would make an effort to come in so we could spend time with her. They were very kind, professional, warming and would always put a smile on our faces whenever we were there and looked after our mum like she was a part of their family. They were very open to all our questions without any hesitation. The day of mums funeral was so perfect too, I couldn’t have asked for a better day because of serenity! They even let us bring our dog Winston to mums funeral and that was such a lovely touch to it all! Absolutely outstanding service, nothing was too much trouble for Scott, he did my father in law proud and made the whole process of his funeral run smoothly. The funeral itself was conducted with compassion and great care from collecting the father in law to the final resting I cannot recommend enough and will definitely be using their services again. There aren't enough words to thank Scott and Katy for the care and compassion they showed to our mum and family on the passing of our dad, Dave.  Nothing was too much trouble, from the respectful and dignified way our dad was collected to his final journey to the crematorium. I don’t really know where to start, we sadly lost my Dad and we chose Serenity to look after Dad, Scott was absolutely amazing as were all of his team, Dad had already told us lots of touches he wanted when his time came and Scott and Katy made sure and went over and above to make sure Dad had everything he had asked for, they are such a caring and thoughtful team, Dad had such a wonderful send off and that is all thanks to this wonderful team, I honestly can’t thank each and everyone of you enough, everything on the day was absolutely perfect and we had many compliments from those there at how lovely Scott was and how well he looked after our family, thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Losing my beautiful fiancé felt like my whole world collapsed in front of me. I was lost, scared, overwhelmed, and completely out of my depth. I had never had to arrange a funeral before and I had absolutely no idea where to start. From my very first phone call with Scott I felt a small sense of calm in the middle of complete chaos. When Scott and Katy came to my home to arrange everything, they brought not just professionalism, but warmth, compassion and genuine care. They guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. From the moment they walked through my door, to the day of the funeral, and even now afterwards, their support and reassurance has never wavered. They treated my beautiful Less with such dignity, care and  respect, and that will stay with me forever. Scott and Katy didn’t just arrange the funeral they held me up when I didn’t feel strong enough to stand. I will never forget what they did for us, and I will be forever grateful. I have had the pleasure of knowing Scott and Katy for a while now so when my grandad passed away there was no one else that came to mind to look after him. Scott dealt with everything so professionally, being in the funeral industry myself gave me time to really appreciate how dedicated Scott is to his families. Katy also helped create us a brilliant order of service design that was a true reflection of the man my grandad was. The whole process from start to finish was dealt with pure compassion and respect. I’ve had so many compliments about Scott on the day of the funeral about how lovely he is and how professional everything was, Serenity are a true blessing and I wouldn’t choose anyone else.
