I buried my 15-year-old nephew in March this year.
Katy and the team were phenomenal. From setting up a memorial page, honouring all of his wishes, and just making it a perfect send off. At such a tough time the stress and organising was taken away from us by Katy. I can’t thank them enough for making one of the worst days of my life bearable.
