It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jennifer “Jenny” Bentham, who peacefully passed away on 18th March 2026.
Jenny was a devoted wife to her late husband, Graham, and a loving and much-adored mother to Amy and Laurence. She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Tilly and Emmie, who brought her endless joy and happiness.
Jenny had a true passion for life, especially when it came to travelling. She loved her holidays and embraced every opportunity to explore the world, meet new people, and form lasting friendships wherever she went. Her warm heart and welcoming nature left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Above all else, Jenny was deeply devoted to her family. She will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and the love she gave so freely.
A funeral service to celebrate Jenny’s life will take place on Friday 10th April at 12 o’clock at St Mary’s Church, Stevington, followed by burial in the churchyard.
After the service, all are welcome to join the family at the Royal George, Stevington, where you can continue to share your own memories of Jenny.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in Jenny’s memory may be made at the service, with all contributions going towards the Primrose Unit at Bedford Hospital.
Now at peace, she is reunited with her beloved Graham together again, where love never ends.
