Jean Brenda Withey passed away peacefully on 21 February 2026, aged 91. A devoted and loving wife to Ron, a cherished mother, and a proud grandmother, Jean’s warmth and gentleness shaped the lives of everyone who knew her.
She had a lifelong love of painting watercolours, finding joy in the quiet beauty of landscapes and everyday scenes. Jean also had a deep appreciation for history and a fondness for the theatre, passions she shared freely with family and friends.
Her funeral service will be held at Huntingdon Crematorium on 24th March at 2:30pm, followed by a wake at Sapley Lodge, where all who knew her are welcome to join in remembering her life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society in her honour.
