It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David John Norman, known to all as Dave, who passed away peacefully at home on 14th December, with his loving family by his side.
Dave was a devoted loving husband to Margaret and much-loved dad and father-in-law to Cindy and Ian, Andrew and Shane, Caroline and Paul. He was a proud grandad to Danielle, Emily and Graham, Glenn and Emma, Hayley and Andy, Olivia, Lauren and Calum, Joe and Danielle, and a cherished great grandad to Jade, Lily, Chloe, Charlie and Stanley.
A true family man, Dave was known for his great sense of humour, warm heart and unwavering love for those closest to him. His laughter, kindness and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Dave’s funeral service will take place at Maldon fields Crematorium Essex on Friday 16th January 2026 at 12:30pm.
Donations can be made on the day in memory of Dave to The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK.
